At iHooToo, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt for all warranty claims.

During the warranty period, if the product experiences non-human-induced quality issues (such as natural failures of core components, manufacturing defects, etc.), you are entitled to free accessory replacement services.
Warranty-Covered Replaceable Accessories
  • Core heat exchange components (including heat collection plates and heat conduction pipelines)
  • Built-in temperature control sensor
  • Original factory sealing strips and connectors
  • Matching electrical control module (excluding external circuit parts)

Non-Warranty Scope
  • Human-induced damage: Failures caused by improper installation/operation, unauthorized disassembly/modification, collision, extrusion, external impact, etc.
  • Environmental factors: Damage caused by natural disasters (such as lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes) and extreme environments (such as corrosion by strong acids/alkalis, prolonged exposure to high temperatures).
  • Consumable wear and tear: Normal aging and wear of vulnerable consumables such as gaskets and filters.
  • Others: Failures beyond the warranty period, problems caused by incompatible non-original accessories, and damage resulting from non-compliance with the product manual.
The warranty service only covers quality issues of the product itself and does not include labor costs such as on-site installation or disassembly. To apply for warranty service, please contact the official after-sales team with relevant documents (purchase records, photos of the fault, etc.), and we will respond and handle it promptly.
